Cash Back Policy

·        We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

·        No refund request will be entertained once product has been dispatched or getting delayed at courier service.

·        No refund request will be entertained for delay due to unforeseen conditions (bad weather, strikes, bandh, etc.)

·        At any point of time, in any case the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

·        There is an admin/credit card commission cost of Rs. 100 will be deducted for refund. If refund is issued as a gift voucher there is no charge applicable.

·        For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.

·        Shipping cost would charged for refund, since we do not offer free shipping all over India.
